Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Birlea. To further enhance our customer service operation, we are implementing a new way of working. In order for us to resolve issues quickly and more efficiently we have created a simple form for you to complete.
How will this form help?
- Quicker response time – Having all the necessary information completed in full, in one document, we can deal with your query quicker
- Less emails – One document ensures you only have to supply the information once, more efficient for you and for us
- All information collated in one place – Keeping it simple
Important – As of the 31st March 2019 we will require all customers to complete this form in full. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to manage your query. Only completed documents will be acceptable. If you have any questions please contact your account manager.
