Anthony is your new Birlea customer service representative; he will be on hand to ensure all of your customer service requests are actioned in the best possible way. Here’s how customer service at Birlea now works….
In addition to emailing over your requests, there is also an answerphone service for you to leave a message for Ant. These messages will be picked up like the emails and if required, Ant will call back to discuss any issues you may have. Please note that although Ant isn’t always at his desk, all requests by email and phone will be picked up.
There is now a 12pm cut off time for all service issues, which means any emails or calls before 12pm will be actioned on the same day. For example, any items which need to be posted will be sent on the same day, but if you miss the cut off time, items will be sent out on the following working day.
Any small parts such as nuts, bolts, caps and little things that can be posted, make sure your request is in by 12pm and they can be posted out same day. We can even send these directly to your customer if that is more convenient. All postal goods are sent out using Royal Mail whose guidelines we follow.
Birlea are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and aim to keep it this way with a two hour turn around now in place. This guarantees you a response to your requests within 2 hours to ensure you are kept in the loop – this applies to emails, faxes and phone messages.
Ant knows his stuff – having worked in our warehouse for over three years he has all the knowledge needed to provide your technical support. Anything you need to know that cannot be found on the Birlea website, Ant will do his best to help with.
